Registration & Immunizations
New to the area or is your child ready to start the educational journey? We’re eager to welcome you!
Please register your child at the school your child will be attending.
Children who turn five years old before September 1 of each school year may register for kindergarten. We also offer options for early learning. Please contact us at 623-474-7260 to find out more about our Head Start program.
In addition to completing enrollment forms, you will need the following documentation to enroll your child:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Proof of residence
- Transcripts (pupil withdrawal form, grades, etc.)
- Parent/guardian ID or driver’s license
To apply and register for Fowler’s preschool program, contact your school of attendance for more information.
We require students entering FESD to provide documentation of immunity against certain childhood diseases, with exceptions granted for medical or religious reasons. If your child falls into one of the exception categories, please contact us to complete the correct documentation. Arizona state law allows students to apply for admission to any public school, with admittance based on available classroom space.
The application deadline for submitting open enrollment applications for the 2023–2024 school year has been extended. The change is to extend the application due date from March 1, 2023, to May 19, 2023, and to extend the notification timeframe from April 15, 2023, to June 30, 2023.
