Special education records are destroyed four years after a student has withdrawn, transferred, or been exited from special education services in the Fowler Elementary School District. In September 2025, we will be destroying the record of students who left the district or exited services prior to May 2019, May 2020, and May 2021. If you are a parent or student and need a copy of these records, please contact the Special Services Department for the Fowler Elementary School District.
