Read Across America

During the week of March 4, we celebrated Read Across America throughout the school district. Motivating and encouraging children to read is a priority in our school district. Elementary schools invited special guests to visit classrooms and read. Guest readers could choose their own favorite book or a Dr. Seuss book. Business partners, community members, parents, and school district employees donated time to ensure that Read Across America was a huge success.

Westside Impact Science and Engineering Fair Winner

Fowler was represented very well by six projects from Western Valley Elementary, Western Valley Middle, and Tuscano Elementary School. Congratulations to Daniel Paredones, 3rd grader from Tuscano Elementary, for taking second place in the 3rd and 4th grade division at the Westside Impact Science and Engineering Fair science competition!

Public Surplus

Fowler Elementary School District #45 works diligently to reassign surplus property to other schools and departments. Occasionally, we dispose of unused or obsolete items, using the methods described in R7-2-1131 Material Management and Disposition of the Arizona Administrative Code, including the use of internet-based online sales. For additional information on how this works, please see our Business Services page.
