Fowler Chromebook & Hotspot Program

Dear Fowler Families,

Fowler Elementary School District has been awarded funding to secure approximately 2,800 Chromebooks and 500 hotspot devices for student use at home through the FCC’s Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF).

If you are the parent or guardian of a Fowler Elementary School District student that needs a Chromebook or a hotspot to use at home to help close the homework gap and to work on school-related activities, please complete the form below.

There are no income eligibility requirements for this program. The device(s) will remain the property of Fowler Elementary School District and is intended to be used by the student at home for educational purposes. If the student graduates or withdraws from Fowler Elementary School District, the Chromebook must be returned to the district on or before the student’s last day. Devices are limited to students enrolled in the Fowler ESD.

Completing this form does not guarantee you will receive a Chromebook. Quantities are limited. When your application has been accepted, you will be contacted by email or phone with instructions to where and when you can pick up the device(s). A parent or guardian must be present with a photo ID to pick up the device.

El Distrito de Fowler recibió fondos para asegurar aproximadamente 2,800 Chromebooks y 500 Hotspots para uso de los estudiantes en el hogar a través del dinero del FCC’s Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF).

Si usted es el padre o tutor de un estudiante del Distrito Fowler que necesita un Chromebook o Hotspot para usar en casa y trabajar en sus tareas y actividades educacionales, complete el formulario a continuación.

No hay requisitos de elegibilidad de ingresos para este programa. Los Chromebooks o Hotspots seguirán siendo propiedad del Distrito Fowler y están destinados a ser utilizados por el estudiante en casa con fines educativos. Si el estudiante se gradúa o sale del Distrito de Fowler, el Chromebook o Hotspot debe devolverse al distrito el último día de asistencia del estudiante o antes. Los dispositivos están limitados a estudiantes inscritos en el Distrito Fowler.

Completar este formulario no garantiza que recibirá un Chromebook. Las cantidades son limitadas. Cuando se haya aceptado su solicitud, lo contactaremos por correo electrónico o por teléfono con instrucciones sobre dónde y cuándo puede recoger los dispositivos. Un padre o tutor debe estar presente con una identificación con foto para recoger el dispositivo.
